USEFUL MS POWER POINT SLIDE SHOW TIPS / Things you can control during the slide show


Space bar or click the mouse = Move to next slide or next animation

B = Pauses the slide show and display a black screen. press B again to resume the show

Number+Enter = Goes to the slide of that number, for example go slide 5 then enter 5 number

W = Pauses the slide show and display a white screen. press W again to resume the show

N = Move to the next slide or next animation

Home = Move the cursor to beginning of current line of the text

End = Move the cursor to end of current line of the text

Ctrl+Home = Move the cursor to beginning of presentation

Ctrl+End = Move the cursor to end of presentation

Page up = Move to previous slide

Page down = Move to next slide

Ctrl+Left arrow = Moves cursor to beginning of previous word

Ctrl+Right arrow = Moves cursor to beginning of next word

Ctrl+Up arrow = Moves cursor to start of previous paragraph

Ctrl+I = Italic

Ctrl+K = Insert Link
