MICROSOFT WORD SHORTCUT KEYS 4

Ctrl+ = Open task pane

F1 = Help

Ctrl+F2 = Display Print privew

Alt+Ctrl+F2 = Open new document

Shift+F3 = Change the text in MS Word from upper to lower case or a capital letter at the beginning of every word

Shift+Insert = Paste

F4 = repeat the last action perfrmed

F5 = Open the find, replaceand go to window in MS Word

Ctrl+Shift+F6 = Opens to another open MS word document

F7 = Spell Check

Shift+F7 = Runs a thesaurus check on the wordhighlighted

F12 Saveas

Shift+F12 = Save

Ctrl+Shift+F12= Print

Alt+Shift+D =Inert tecurrent date

Alt+Shift+I = Insert the current time
